Do you offer delivery?
No. All website orders are for pickup at the pharmacy. There are no shipping fields, delivery fees, or delivery tracking.
What payment methods are available?
The website uses pay at pickup and does not collect card details. Contact the pharmacy to confirm the payment methods accepted in store.
When is my order ready?
Wait for the separate ready-for-pickup email or update in My orders. The first confirmation only means your request was received.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available for eligible products when ordering opens. Save your private tracking link.
Can I cancel a pickup request?
You can cancel while the request is still marked Received. After preparation starts, contact the pharmacy. No online payment is taken.
Can I return products or get a refund?
Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the reason, and applicable law. Read the returns policy and contact the pharmacy before bringing anything back. Prescription medicines require pharmacy guidance.
Can I request a refill?
Use the prescription assistance page to learn how to reach the pharmacy through an approved channel. Refills always require the pharmacy’s eligibility check.
Are reminder emails automatic refills?
No. Optional reminders, when available and enabled with your consent, are general prompts only. They do not authorize a prescription, refill, or purchase.
