Pickup only
Careview Specialty Pharmacy website orders are for collection at the pharmacy. There is no delivery, shipping, or delivery fee. The pickup fee displayed at checkout is zero. Store address, opening times, and holiday closures must be published and verified before online ordering opens.
Choose a pickup time
Select a requested time during published store hours and allow the stated preparation lead time. Requested times are not guaranteed. Product availability, prescription verification, store closures, and pharmacy workload may affect preparation. Check the Contact page for hours before traveling.
Receipt and readiness are different
Your first confirmation records that a request was received. Do not travel based on that message alone. Wait for a separate ready-for-pickup email or check the status using your private order link. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder and My orders. Email provider acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Collecting your order
Bring your order reference and any documents the pharmacy has asked you to bring. Prescription orders may require identity checks or an original prescription. Payment is made at the pharmacy. Ask the pharmacy before arranging collection by another person, as restrictions may apply.
Changes, delays, and cancellations
Use My orders to cancel while a request is marked Received. Once preparation begins, contact the pharmacy. If you cannot collect at the requested time, ask the pharmacy about its holding arrangements. Holding periods and any special storage requirements must be confirmed by the pharmacy. We do not publish an assumed holding period.
Prices and substitutions
Your order summary shows the amount calculated when the request is made. If a correction or substitution is needed, the pharmacy must explain it and obtain your agreement before purchase. You are not charged online. See the returns policy for issues found after collection.
