This policy describes careviewrx.com and the Careview Specialty Pharmacy website. The site is being prepared for pharmacy use. Online order submission and prescription uploads remain closed until the required store details, service providers, and privacy review are complete. Do not send medical records or prescriptions through ordinary email or chat.
Information collected
Browsing the public catalog does not require an account. The site stores a shopping bag, language preference, and private order links on your device. When eligible pickup ordering opens, checkout asks for your name, email, phone number, chosen products, and requested pickup time. Staff use a shared pharmacy admin login. The site issues a secure, essential session cookie after staff sign in.
When approved secure prescription uploads are enabled, the submission form collects contact details, the files you choose, and your submission consent. Prescription documents are treated as private files and are not served through public product image links. They are available only to authorized pharmacy administrators through the protected review area.
Why information is used
Order details are used to review, prepare, confirm, and manage pickup requests. Contact details are used for order messages and related service questions. Optional reminder consent is separate from order processing. A reminder never approves or requests a refill. No card details are collected because payment is made at pickup.
Service providers
The site runs on hosting and database services provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. If email is configured, the email provider processes the recipient address and message contents. Order emails are designed to use references and status messages rather than medicine lists or attached prescriptions. These providers are not claimed to have any healthcare-specific approval or agreement for this pharmacy. The pharmacy must review the full data flow and applicable provider agreements before enabling patient-related workflows.
Cookies, device storage, and technical data
The site does not include advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party marketing analytics. Essential device storage supports the bag, language preference, and saved order links. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical request data and use their own essential cookies. External maps, email, chat, and resource links are subject to the receiving service’s policies.
Access, retention, and requests
Administrator access is checked on the server. Private order links act as access credentials, so do not share them or use them on a shared device. Clear saved links from My orders when using a shared computer. The pharmacy must confirm record retention periods, authorized staff, and the process for access, correction, or deletion requests before opening ordering. Some records may need to be retained under applicable rules.
