Prescription & dispensing policy

Submission, verification, refills, and pharmacist review.

Last updated: 2026-10-28. Prelaunch information. Pharmacy-specific legal and privacy review is pending.

A prescription is required

Prescription medicines require a valid prescription and verification by the pharmacy before dispensing. An uploaded photo or file may help the pharmacy review a request, but it may not meet the requirements for dispensing. The pharmacy may require an electronic prescription, original document, identity checks, or direct confirmation from the prescriber.

Secure submission

The upload feature remains unavailable until the pharmacy’s approved data handling and secure process are ready. When enabled, it accepts clear JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files, with up to three files and 10 MB in total. Include the complete document. Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not upload unrelated medical records.

What happens after submission

The website shows a receipt reference once the submission is saved. A receipt means the document was received, not that it has been approved, that medicine is in stock, or that a collection time has been confirmed. A pharmacist must review validity, eligibility, required information, and any other applicable dispensing requirements. The pharmacy may contact you for clarification.

No automatic dispensing

Prescription medicines cannot be purchased through the standard non-prescription product checkout. No online tool on this site makes a diagnosis, selects a treatment, changes a dose, or authorizes a controlled medicine. The pharmacy may decline or defer a request that does not meet its legal or professional requirements.

Refills and transfers

A refill depends on the original prescription, remaining authorization, medicine, and applicable rules. A transfer depends on eligibility and the receiving pharmacy’s process. Contact the pharmacy through its approved channel. Quick reorder and reminder emails do not request, authorize, or guarantee a prescription refill.

Collection and help

Wait for the pharmacy’s ready-for-pickup confirmation. Ask what documents, identity information, or original prescription you need to bring. Do not dispose of an original prescription because a photo was submitted. For urgent medical needs, seek appropriate medical care rather than waiting for a website response.
