Cookies & device storage
Last updated: 2026-10-28. Prelaunch information. Pharmacy-specific legal and privacy review is pending.
Essential shopping storage
The shopping bag is stored in your browser so it remains available when you move between pages or return on the same device. The selected interface language is stored as a preference. These records are not a shared inventory or account database.
Order links and checkout recovery
Guest order links can be saved on your device to show them in My orders. These links act as access credentials for individual orders. Checkout temporarily stores a request identifier and a random access token so a retry can recover the same request instead of creating another one. Do not use shared devices for private orders unless you clear saved links afterward.
Sign-in and hosting
The pharmacy admin uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Signing out clears this cookie. Hosting services may process request metadata needed to operate the site. This website does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session replay, or third-party marketing analytics.
Your choices
You can clear your shopping bag in the bag page and remove guest links using the clear-device control in My orders. Your browser settings can also clear site data. Clearing a saved link does not cancel or delete an order stored by the pharmacy. Keep your confirmation email if you need to access a guest order after clearing device storage.
External links
Opening directions, email, external resources, or chat takes you to another service. Its own cookies and privacy settings may apply. Any future nonessential analytics or marketing tools must be reviewed and this policy updated before activation.
