Before collection
You can cancel a pickup request online while it is marked Received. After preparation begins, contact the pharmacy. No online payment is taken, so cancelling a website request does not create an online card refund. Request cancellation does not change the status of any separately issued prescription.
After collection
Contact the pharmacy before returning a product. Keep your receipt, packaging, and the product where practical. Explain the issue and when you collected it. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, reason for the request, applicable consumer rights, and pharmacy requirements. No universal return window is assumed on this site.
Medicines and safety
Do not return prescription medicines for resale or assume they can be refunded or exchanged. The pharmacy must assess medicine-related issues and explain any permitted next steps. For unwanted or expired medicines, ask for approved disposal guidance. Do not place medicines in ordinary waste or bring them to a pharmacy without checking its collection arrangements.
Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items
If an item appears incorrect, damaged, defective, or unsuitable because of a fulfillment error, contact the pharmacy promptly. Do not use a medicine if you believe it is incorrect or unsafe. A qualified pharmacist should advise on medicine-related concerns. Seek urgent medical help when needed.
Refunds and payment records
Any eligible refund for an in-store payment is handled by the pharmacy under its in-store payment and legal requirements. The website does not hold payment card details or process online refunds. An order marked Cancelled means the pickup request was cancelled; it is not proof that an in-store payment was refunded.
Your rights
This policy does not remove rights that apply under law. The pharmacy must confirm its jurisdiction-specific return rules and provide verified support details before opening orders.
