Before you submit
- Check the pharmacy’s instructions.
The pharmacy may need an electronic prescription or an original document. An uploaded photo may not be sufficient.
- Make sure the document is clear.
Include the complete prescription. Don’t crop out the prescriber’s details or instructions.
- Wait for the review.
A receipt confirms submission only. The pharmacist must verify validity, eligibility, stock, and any other requirements.
Need an eligible refill?
Ask the pharmacy through its approved contact channel. Refills depend on the prescription, remaining authorization, medicine, and applicable rules.
